Terms of Service

Griya Studio (the “Service”) is an architectural AI platform operated by PT Holixora Teknologi Indonesia (“Griya Studio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service, including our websites, applications, and APIs.

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when you register and to keep it up to date.
• If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

• The Service is offered on free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans and credit top-ups are billed through Stripe (international) or Midtrans (Indonesia).
• Credits are consumed when you use AI features such as rendering and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) generation. The credit cost of each feature is shown in the application.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by applicable law, payments and consumed credits are non-refundable.
• Prices may change. We will provide reasonable notice before a price change takes effect.

“Your Content” means the drawings, sketches, images, 3D model exports, text, and other materials you upload to or create with the Service.

You retain all rights you hold in Your Content. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service — including transmitting it to third-party AI providers to generate the output you request.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to Your Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any law.

• The Service uses third-party AI models to generate renders, animations, BOQ data, and other output (the “Output”).
• Output is provided on an as-is basis and may contain inaccuracies. BOQ quantities and cost estimates are indicative only and must be independently verified by a qualified professional before use in tenders, contracts, or construction.
• Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, we assign to you the rights we hold in Output generated for you. Rights in Output may also be subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers.

You agree that you will not:

• upload or generate content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that you do not have the right to use;
• use the Service to create content that is harmful, deceptive, or that violates the rights or privacy of others;
• attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our prior written permission;
• circumvent credit limits, plan restrictions, usage limits, or security measures;
• use the Service in violation of any applicable law or of the terms of any integrated third-party platform, including TikTok.

The Service integrates third-party providers, including AI providers (such as Google Gemini, Anthropic, Replicate, Kling, and Stability AI), payment processors (Stripe and Midtrans), authentication providers (Google), and TikTok. Your use of these integrations may be subject to the relevant third party’s own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

If you choose to connect a TikTok account, you may use features powered by TikTok’s developer platform, including signing in with TikTok, publishing photos and videos to TikTok, and displaying TikTok content within the Service.

• You authorize these actions through TikTok’s authorization (OAuth) consent screen, and you may revoke that authorization at any time.
• We publish content to TikTok only at your explicit direction. You are responsible for the content you choose to publish and for ensuring it complies with TikTok’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
• Your use of TikTok remains governed by TikTok’s own terms and policies.

The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by PT Holixora Teknologi Indonesia and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right in our trademarks or in the Service other than the limited right to use the Service as permitted here.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Griya Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Griya Studio and its personnel from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any applicable law or third-party rights.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Indonesia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email and update the date above. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
